It's not late, but they've been out all evening, another club, another dance floor. Lily's had a few drinks, but she's kept herself on a self-imposed limit for Eden's sake and now that they're walking back to Lily's place, she has her arm tucked through Eden's. It's cool outside and her dress is short, but she's warm enough pressed against Eden, that little bit of alcohol working through her as they walk.

When she spots Eames ahead of them, not far from her place, she squeezes Eden's arm lightly and then leads her through the small crowd of people who are between them. For all she knows, Eden and Eames already know each other, but if they don't, Lily thinks it's high time they meet.

They reach Eames within a few moments and Lily slips her free arm through his, leaning against him. "Hey," she says, her voice warm as she looks up at him. Positioned between the two of them like this, she thinks this is a nice place to be. "Have you met Eden?"

"Not overstepping," Lily says, shaking her head, continuing on along toward her apartment. If it were anyone else but Eames, she still thinks it might not have been overstepping, but she's glad it's him that they've run into it. There are plenty of people she likes in this city, but there aren't very many she thinks she'd want to share Eden with.

"Besides, I have plenty of coffee to go around," she adds, grinning at them both as innocently as she possibly can.

"Oh, I'm sure you do," Eames replies, noticeably suggestive in contrast to Lily's feigned innocence, though not overly so. However clear it might be that she hasn't really invited him up for coffee at all, that's all the more reason why he shouldn't be the one making it overly apparent. "I'm glad I ran into you, then."

Eden looks between the two of them and tries not to laugh, breaking off from the pack as they approach the building. Someone has to get the door for all of them, after all. "Just so we're clear," she says, holding the door open, "we aren't actually talking about coffee, are we? Not that I couldn't use a cup; I just want to make sure we're all on the same page."

It's funny that of the three of them, Lily's been the most inclined to play innocent, but that falls apart as soon as Eden asks her question. "We're definitely not talking about coffee," she answers, heading over to hit the button for the elevator.

She turns around again, leaning against the wall. "I'm not, anyway."

"Oh, good," Eames says, his relief largely exaggerated, but still real. "I'd've felt like an ass if were reading into things without reason." He didn't think there'd have been much chance of that, of course, but it's still nice to have it confirmed that he wasn't wrong, especially before they get back to the apartment.

Eden laughs, rolling her eyes at them. "Well, now I'm a little concerned," she says, hitting the button for Lily's floor before heading over to her, "that I might be the only mature adult here." With that said, though, and the door closing, she takes the opportunity to kiss Lily again. She isn't the possessive type, and she has no trouble sharing her tonight, but she wants to kiss her again before Eames can, pressing close. Besides, though it's been a long damn time since she was in any kind of a situation like this, someone has to get this party started.

Lily laughs as well, still a little drunk and she looks at Eames, her lower lip pulled between her teeth as she smiles. We can't help it, her expression says and she drapes her arm over Eden's shoulder when she comes near again, falling easily into the kiss. Knowing that Eames is right there, that he's watching, it makes it all the more exciting and she trails her fingertips down Eden's spine, her hand coming to rest at her waist.

If this is what it means to not be a mature adult, Lily is more than happy to continue on in this way. It's worked well enough for her so far.

Eames has difficulty caring about how mature he may or may not come across most of the time as it is, but now, he definitely doesn't, watching with totally apparent interest as Lily and Eden kiss. He's not even entirely sure what makes it so utterly appealing except, maybe, that they're both beautiful, and that he knows he won't just be watching before too long. Right now, though, that's all he can do, and he can't say he has a problem with it, either, barely noticing when the elevator comes to a stop, doors opening on Lily's floor.

Hands finding Lily's again, Eden steps back toward the hallway, casting a smile Eames' way. He may not be her primary interest in this equation, but that doesn't mean she's not interested. It's been a long damn time since she slept with a man and it's time to shake things up again. Besides, she doubts Lily would have shown interest if he didn't know what he was doing. "Lead the way," she tells her. She's the one with the keys, after all.

Without letting go of Eden, Lily steps into the hallway and digs her keys out of her purse with her free hand. She unlocks the door, nudging it open with her hip and then stepping aside to let the other two inside behind her. "Come on in," she says, pausing just long enough to slip her heels off by the door and then dropping her purse and keys on the nearby table.

She crosses the living room to flip on a light, then turns back to look at Eden and Eames, smiling at them. "This was a good idea," she decides.

"It definitely was," Eames agrees, not seeing any reason to hide the fact that he thinks so. They're all here, after all, and so there's no sense in being shy about it. What matters now is figuring out if they're going to get right to it or not, and he's not really in a hurry, not about to be the one to say so just yet. "I have to say, I am very glad I ran into you both."

Eden slips off her heels, heading into the room to perch on the arm of a couch, looking between them. "Well, it does seem like a nice way to wrap up an evening," she says. She could initiate things if she wanted, but, she thinks, she's more interested in seeing first what they do. "And a chance for you and I to get better acquainted."

"I love it when my favourite people get to know one another better," Lily says, smiling, and here it's the absolute truth. She adores Eden and Eames both, but doesn't feel any claim over them and isn't the slightest bit jealous by the thought of the two of them getting along. The very idea is much more a turn on than anything else. She turns to look at Eames, reaching out to take his hand before she walks backward across the living room toward Eden.

Even as she moves backward, she presses up on her toes, leaning in to kiss him as one arm slides around his back.

It isn't difficult at all to follow Lily's lead, Eames keeping his hand around hers as he leans into the kiss. If he weren't already preoccupied with doing so, he'd agree with her, but then, he thinks that speaks for itself, anyway. He might not actually know Eden well, but then, they wouldn't be here right now if Lily didn't like both of them so well, so really, it's a good arrangement. Kissing Lily always is, but right now, the anticipation goes a long way, too.

Eden sits back, one leg crossed over the other as she perches on the end of the couch, watching the pair of them come nearer. She's watched Lily flirt with, toy with, kiss other people before, but there isn't usually this sense of intent, this awareness of more ahead. It's different from that and it's different with her. Patiently waiting for them to get closer, she smiles to herself. In and of itself, it probably wouldn't do anything for her one way or another, but knowing she's part of the equation does.

She's still moving across the room toward Eden, breaking the kiss only long enough to glance back over her shoulder before she extends her free hand toward Eden, inviting her closer. The two of them are so different physically, Eames taller and broader, Eden so much smaller and delicate and it's partly their differences that makes this so appealing to Lily.

She wants to touch both of them.

It's an interesting arrangement, and bound to still be a little awkward at the start, but Eames is about as caught up in it as he can get with anything, smiling down at Lily as she draws back before fixing Eden with a grin instead. "Don't just sit over there, love," he says, all warmth. "Actually, we might be better served taking this somewhere else." It's not like there's a hell of a lot three can do standing here like this, but Lily's bedroom will be a hell of a lot more convenient.

Taking Lily's hand, Eden gets to her feet, moving to join them. Her gaze fixed on Eames instead, she smiles. "Can't say I disagree," she says. In heels, at least, she's tall enough not to have to strain, insinuating herself close enough to the other two to lean in and kiss him. Lily's had her chance with both of them, but if this is going to happen, she thinks, she needs to even the playing field a little.

"You're both right," Lily agrees, her voice warm as she watches Eden lean in to kiss Eames. She bites down on her lower lip, smiling as she just takes a moment to really enjoy looking at them, then gently runs her fingertips down the length of Eden's back. She presses a kiss to her shoulder, then disappears down the hall, turning on a light in her bedroom, opening the door wide for the two of them to join her.

For a moment, Eames doesn't let himself focus on anything but kissing Eden, one hand coming to rest on the curve of her waist. She's the one he hasn't done this with before, and he doesn't intend to let that make any difference once they're in the bedroom. Some things, of course, are universal, but he doesn't know her. It's time to start changing that. Drawing back slowly, he smiles down at her. "Shall we, love?"

It's been a while — probably too long, really — since Eden's really kissed anyone other than Lily. It's all the more reason to savor the moment, pressed close against Eames, enjoying the feel of his hand at her waist, before she breaks away to follow Lily's lead. "Of course," she says. "Come on." The sooner they get where they're going, the better. She can't keep her hands off Lily as it is, a hand sliding to the small of her back when she gets close, kissing her again.

By the time they join her, she already has the light on, though she doesn't bother to tuck anything away. They've both been here before, they've both seen more of her than most people and she hardly lives in a disaster, anyway.

When Eden kisses her, she smiles, arms slipping around her, fingers searching for more skin, more warmth. She beckons to Eames with one hand, wanting him closer, too.

Eames hardly needs the encouragement, heading over towards Lily and Eden without much of a thought about it. Now that they're here, there really isn't any sense in wasting time, pretending like it's anything else that they want from this. Heading over to stand behind Lily, he rests his hands at her waist, ducking his head to press a kiss to her neck.

That's the part that throws Eden off, just a little: feeling another pair of hands as her own move down Lily's waist, finding Eames' already there. She's used to it being just the two of them here. It's something to get used to, to enjoy, her fingers twisting in fabric as she steps back toward the bed. "Come on," she coaxes, as if Lily even needs it.

As Eden steps away, Lily presses back against Eames for a moment, her head tipped to the side, enjoying the feel of his mouth against her neck. Then she's reaching back behind, her fingers finding the zipper of her dress, tugging it down and letting the material slide to the floor before she moves toward Eden and the bed. It's been awhile since she's been with two people at the same time, but she can't imagine two people she'd want to be with more.

Smiling, she presses close to Eden again, kissing her, a little more hungry this time as she presses her back onto the bed.
