"I'm told that when I'm not smiling I look very stern," Lily agrees, even as she tries not to smile while she says it. It's too difficult, though, and she shrugs a moment later, a stray bit of wind slipping into the alcove and sending her hair over her shoulder again.

"Don't take everything so seriously," she says, still looking up at him. "There's a lot to be said for relaxing."
